You can't possibly be this thick. It's not about me being right, it's about original intent. My "reading" of the 8th Amendment is totally without consequence. Your reading however differs wildly from those who's opinions are relevant here, and that would be the founders.
I prefer reading and understanding myself. As for being thick - physician, look in the mirror and heal thyself.
