Most of what I found is in many locations.. BUT, I will be the first to admit nothing is for sure! But, what is here is impressive, IMHO.. I esp loved the first section I worked up w/pix that is over & over on many sources.

And Lets not forget all those in the "Hollywood of old" who did not join the service, but did devote much of their time visiting the troops, putting careers on hold to sale war-bonds, working the servicemen clubs, etc.
And a special Thanks to CAROLE LOMBARD- Hollywood's first War Casualty, killed Nov 1942 on a war-bond drive when her plane crashed just outside of Las Vegas.
