Wait! Aren't we going to try to rehabilitate them? I mean these guys are living under poor conditions and maybe if they had nice jobs on some of those luxury liners they would see the errors of their ways? /sarcasm.

If it wasn't for an American possible losing his life to board these vessels, I would much rather take the vessels and let the crews swim home.
