NO, I could NOT believe it. This nation is is very, very deep trouble when a once big-time producer of news shows for a major network can utter (and mean it) a sentence like that.
I have heard all day about new polls in the latest Newsweek. Although I do not trust these people at all I feel that their poll numbers are not completely irrelevant. These numbers, like 27% think Cheney is honest, are unbelievable, and go to show what years and years of distortions and lies by the old media can do to public opinion.
This country is being killed by the old media.
