The Livingston Police Department has arrested two individuals and charged each with three counts of armed Robbery I and two counts of Assault II.
The Police received a report that the Livingston Motel was robbed Monday morning around 12:00 a.m. when officers arrived they found the clerk and a visitor had been robbed at gun point. An undetermined amount of money was taken from the motel and cash and credit cards were taken from the clerk and friend. During the robbery the victims were hit and kick by the suspects. One of the victims received injuries and was treated and released.
The Livingston Police arrested Darryl Lamont Lewis 19, of Livingston and Charles Lavigne 23, of New Orleans and charged them with the robbery and Assault. Both were placed in the Sumter County Jail and bond has been set at $110,000.00 each.
SFL, I do not know how large Livingston, AL is ... but, y'all seem to be having a great deal of excitement this week. Be careful!

We will probably see our leaders running to the jail with more debit cards(EMER REP Cards) mental health counsellors, and a roll of wipe the criminals ass toilet paper.
We can now see more of what compassionate conservatism yields, from some of these fine upstanding NOLA refugees.

Liberal logic, this poor man was suffering from the emotional beating that Katrina inflicted on NOLA. Prez Bush, send more money and house his ass on one of those cruise ships with 24 hour maid/room service. They penal system facility is too extreme.
