I think the Dems should narrow things down and tell us what ISN'T Bush's fault. Would save a lot of space printing and reporting on all the things that ARE his fault. The Rats could just make up a list of what he is not guilty of - probably be a blank sheet of paper!

Amtrak has been going broke for decades and has only survived until today because of the bottomless trough given to them by tax payer funds.
