Look, Amtrak is a trainwreck. BWAAHAHAHAHAHA! Seriously though, I've put my money where my mouth used to be and rode that sucker from Texas to California--NEVER AGAIN! I've never seen such incompetence and lousy service, we arrived THREE HOURS LATE. Had to wait for maintenance on the tracks somewhere in Arizona for over an hour, really a confidence builder.

And I love trains, I think I'll stick to the Durango/Silverton (D&RGW), more fun and it's on time.
