My page loads, with sound, but doesn't move. Running Firefox, but also tried at work running IE. What could be missing?

I don't have Firefox, but in IE, go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced, then scroll down to Multimedia and make sure that "Play animations in web pages" is checked. Here is the background image by itself to check the setting with:

If the image is loaded when you make the change, reload it.

I believe Firefox and Netscape are based on the same engine, so maybe they kept the menus the same. If so, go to the options (in Netscape, it's Edit-->Preferences), go to the Privacy tab, and then Images. There should be something about animated images. Make sure they aren't disabled. In Netscape, the choices are:

Animated images should loop

As many times as the image specifies
Once
Never

Never will turn the animation off altogether, I believe.
