I do also.
And the girl's parents should sue her for slander and libel.
I personally would rather take out in hide any money I might get from sueing her though.
This isn't complicated -- fire her! She's a mean-spirited bully!
The school board is gonna catch all kinds of hell over this & is gonna get itself sued big time so is the teacher & rightly so IMHO.
Hey! How about all of you lackwits who thought this was a great idea now coming forward with you mea culpa. ??
You know what they say about free babysitting; you get what you pay for.
I agree with the idea that she should take the wronged student and go to each class she made the student go to, and stand there with her to face each class and apologize for what she did.
After that, then comes the deluge. Look hard at her whole record. Surely there is more than this one incident. Get her on past misdeeds and let her go.
If her record is spotless except for this, she could stay on only if she does ten thousand mea culpas and keeps her record clean from here on.
This is useful training for the captives so that they grow up realizing who controls their lives: the officials of the state, who never have to answer for anything, no matter how egregious their actions.
Remeber it's the seriousness of the charge that counts. :)
The principal seems to not have sound judgement.
He should have to parade her around to all the classes, apologize to her in each and every one, calling himself a nincompoop for accusing her erroneously, particularly in such a harsh manner.
That's the only way justice can be served.
I have never sued anyone in my life; but, I would sue this school board and see that this neanderthal principal is fired. The principal is indeed a bully and unfit to supervise the education of a lab rat, much less our children. Oh, I forgot, to some educators kids and lab rats are one and the same.
Looks like the idiot child is the principal. Not the youngster
