Hahaha! No no -- he sent those hurricanes to punish NO for Bourbon Street and the French Quarter -- which were the least damaged areas of the whole city! Hahaha! Maybe God needs to study geography?
We (NYS) get ice storms, sometimes tornados, floods from hurricanes, and sometimes enough snowload on buildings to collapse roofs.
That seems to be the logical conclusion....
