OK. Katrina killed hundreds and made many thousands homeless throughout the deep South. What exactly was God trying to tell them? What is the significance of Katrina ravaging New Orleans instead of, say, Atlanta or Tampa/St. Pete? And why did He make it happen in early September 2005 instead of, say, August 2004 or August 2006?

What exactly was God trying to get our attention for?
