LOL! I hate to mention this, but didn't the rioting calm down a bit last night?
We can't have that now, can we?
I don't think police officers should ever use excessive force. The thing is, excessive force is a sliding scale based on circumstances. Somehow, I don't think that is quite understood by most people.
It takes what it takes to get the job done for the greater good.
When it comes to rampaging muzzies, there is no excessive force.
Guess if you're not a car, you don't get counted.

Of course police officers should not.
But to treat the french intifada as a law-breaking/police action is to deny reality.
The french "riots" are but the opening of a new battlefield in an ongoing worldwide terrorist total war whose primary aim is the destruction of Judeo-Christian/Western/Human Civilization.
As such the french attacks and every other similar attack requires a massive response and an overwhelming containment.
By appeasing their islamanazis and calling that appeasement by any other name, including by "the absense of 'excessive' force," the french have assured another round of victories to the barbarians.
For which every Civilized society will pay a heavy burden.
