They should. Frankly, many parents do not "handle" their children in public, which is the problem in the first place.

Parents are totally to blame. I call it 'day-care' parenting. They spend so much time away from their kids they don't know how to be parents. I have seen amazing things. And now they want to BOYCOTT?? I'm sending that guy my business.

Their method is to ignore bad behavior until the 120 db screams make it impossible to do so. The bookstore/grocery/Lowe's is not a child's personal playground.
