when you kill indiscriminately, when you have no regard for life, when you hide in Mosques, store munitions in hospitals, use emergency vehicles to attack, use children as shields, you give up any pretext to any sort of rights..

So? Any combatant caught in the act of doing any of these things except munitions storage can be shot on site by a member of the armed forces. The discussion of torture is about the treatment of prisoners.

I'm not discussing torture..I'm discussing giving Constitutional protections to terrorists..no one else seems to have picked up on Section D of this amendment..
Stay on topic..we do not torture..we interrogate vigorously and extract information which will save lives.
Maybe mine..maybe yours..maybe someone you care about..and I really don't care how..I stopped being concerned about the rights of islamic fanatics on 11 September 2001.
As far as I know, THEY have NEVER cared about my rights..or the rights of anyone else they consider infidels...which includes IK..
I will say this ONE MORE TIME

Granting Constitutional protections to terrorists reduces terrorism to a criminal act.
