I want all people to be responsible for their own existance. You seem to think that people that make the choice to drink and drive should not be held to account. When they refuse to do so then they should be compelled to do so . that in essence is what the rule of law is all about. I subscribe to that rule......do you?

GROWN ups that take personal responsibility do not drink and drive. They get a cab or a DD or they walk home or they call a friend with the truth that they have had to much to drink and should not drive. I offer that it is you that needs to grow up if you cannot yet see that very basic common sense.

In your self centered world you are the only adult, no one that I have seen on this thread advocates drinking and driving, you accuse all of drinking and driving and wish that the law was such that we suspend the liberties of all to make you feel better about yourself, I am beginning to wonder if you are the guilty party and you are on some kind of guilt trip. First get you head out of your ass, I said we could do away with 90% of the laws on the books and the only folks that would notice would be Politicians / Lawyers and Nanny cops like you. 90% of the laws on the books are idiotic, you have probably broken many laws just while reading this and just not known it.
The United States wasn't founded by Nanny Cops and the Rule of Law Starts with the Declaration of Independence then follows up with LIMITS ON THE GOVERNMENT, WHAT WHEN HOW and WHY and TO WHAT DEGREE that Government can infringe upon our Liberty.
