Interesting idea. When? My guess is the Left will scream (didn't the leader of the communist party say yesterday that a curfew would only enrage the beur yoots more and make them more dangerous?) and nothing will change. Europe just hasn't been hurt enough.
This is simply infighting between two POV. Chirac (who is evidently insane) wants to give the hoodlums fighting jihad more goodies and Sarkozy want to throw them out. Who will win? One of these two will lose their job...stay tuned while islam laughs.
