Childish, reminds me more and more of junior high school, and what purpose did it serve?
Standby for an apology from BillF
I don't know if he got Harry Potter's autograph, but it wouldn't surprise me if Wolf gets a thank you from Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the Iraq-based Jordanian who heads the Iraq branch of Al-Qaeda.
Just like when Gael Murphy and other Pinkos traveled to Iraq before the war, had many of their expenses paid by Saddam Hussein, and appeared at an anti-war rally there sponsored by the Baath Party. (Baath Party as in "blood bath," Saddam's party of genocide, terrorism, and wars of aggression against Iran, Kuwait, and Israel.)
No, standby to see if Buford is big enough to apologize for mischaracterizing what I posted. (Don't hold your breath.)
Buford, you are the one who should apologize here.
Considering that you are carrying over your misrepresentations about my posts from another thread, I will repeat my request that you be big enough to apologize (ha, as if you ever would) for mischaracterizing. The below was first expressed on that thread:
To: BufordPWould you please be quiet and stop apologizing for everybody?Looking through the thread without the time pressure that I had before the Friday FReep, I don't seem to have apologized or said "I'm sorry" to anyone on the thread. Show me where I did apologize or you should be big enough to apologize for mischaracterizing my posts.
My posts pointed out that some people were misinterpreting what others were posting, which is the same thing that you did, albeit with sarcasm, in #71. Clarifying is not the same as apologizing.
Not being able to point out an apology on that thread, you just carry over your false charge to this thread. Creepy liar! :)
No soup for you!
;-)
I know concretebob is a former Marine. I think Coop is likewise a former Marine. That means that you're both still Marines - "Once a Marine, always a Marine."
Happy birthday to the Marines!
Thanks for your service guys.
Hope to see you both tomorrow night, but it's Veterans' Day. If you want to take off, I'll see you some other time.
You mean that Squeegee won't have the ladies flocking after him? (And I said "ladies," so you know that I'm not talking about the Pinko womyn.)
Code Pink DC has posted on their website Nusbaumer's article, "The Costs of War at Walter Reed," but they appear not to have read the article through. In it, Nusbaumer has written "The Rules of War," at Walter Reed, and he gives specific advice, almost tailored to the current WRAMC activities of the Code PinkOs:
Rule 3: forget your moral questions about the war. Morality is for those who support the war and for those who oppose the war, not for those in the war. Those seriously wounded are still fighting the war so clam up about the immorality of this stupid war.
A corollary to this rule is never protest against a war in front of a military facility, especially a military hospital. That is a no-brainer. You demonstrate against those who made the policy to go to war, not against those who are sworn to carry out the order to go to war.
But then, we know that Code PinkO is not protesting the war when they stage their weekly blood dance and sing-along at WRAMC.
They are waging a psychological war against the wounded soldiers, their families and friends and the medical personnel at WRAMC who are caring for them.
Do you have Allison Yorra's photo?
I think she was standing next to Kevin "infiltrator" McCarron when he held the "Maimed for a Lie" sign that the Pinkos implied was brought in by infiltrators. However, I'm not sure what she looks like and the facial recognition database has been running very slow today. Halliburton must be gearing up to ship more of these scum to GITMO.
You made my point about maturity better than I could have. I do believe now that you are exactly the right person to stand up to the grandmas, geriatric hippies and lesbians and I applaud your efforts. Stay safe...
Squeegee's such a hottie (do I need a sarcasm tag?)
Just sit at your keyboard worthless.
=============================
He writes from his keyboard.
Here, wearing the bunny ears.
Profile shots are not kind to her.
This view (two horses' arses, Allison and Gael) sucks, too.
Next batch are of Allison at past WRAMC blood dances.
Here, on the right, with the blue-hooded jacket - thankfully covering most of her mug.
I seem to enjoy taking very unflattering photos of the evil-doers.
OK, I'll stop. I think you now have an idea of what Allison Yorra looks like.
One more photo of Allison Yorra...
from her dear friend Michael Moore.
On the thread last week I invited you to join us this week, because you said that you would be in town; but you declined. I had hoped you would accept the good will gesture, and see with your own eyes that our efforts are not as useless as you seem to believe. Every week, the soldiers and others coming in and out of WRAMC gates tell us differently.
The value of what you are doing WRT supporting our wounded soldiers is neither diminished by our activities nor is it enhanced by pooh-poohing what we are doing. If standing on the street in heat and sun and cold and rain isn't something you feel you can do, don't worry about it. Not too many people have the physical and psychological stamina to do what we do.
In any event, we will be there every Friday night until Code PinkO and their comrades go away and allow our wounded to heal in peace.
Thanks for your interest in our threads, and good luck with your efforts as well.
"Not too many people have the physical and psychological stamina to do what we do."......
Ah, yes, the courage thing again. I am reminded of the post a couple of weeks ago where one of the name callers referred to this as being "on the front-line"...and this in a post to freepers who actually are in Iraq.
What you do is admirable but does not fall into any category of bravery (going into burning buildings to fight the fire, enlisting, patrolling the southern border, putting on a badge and a gun to serve and protect, those kinds of efforts) that I can determine. The fact that some presumably grown people here equate facing the pinks in the safety of America with those types of actions is one of those sad/funny things. That they declare that anyone who doesn't "hold the line" with them is a coward is just sad.
btw...I only posted to this thread after one of your regulars took the opportunity to bash me in a post to you. If you object to your threads turning into mini flame wars look to those who are costing you support through their childishness.
As we all know Osama loves wymyn in pink!
as i told a certain young lady of my recent past, "we are PROUD street activists".
period, end of story!
i am PROUD of the DC Chapter & PROUD to have been asked & able to freep with them numerous times!

We still have over 70 greeting cards for Walter Reed that have been paid for, including the stamps. We just need some people to take a few minutes on their computer to address them and put in a personal message. If you have a few minutes, send me a note at freeper@verizon.net and I'll send you the directions. This is a real card, not an e-card.
