Well summed up. I don't see why Funky Chicken has such trouble grasping this idea. You cannot go around jailing people for crimes they did not commit.

They are not committing crimes. They are committing acts of war/jihad in the name of Allah. Until we treat that as such we will lose the war.
You refuse to see that Islam is at war with us and the rest of the non-Islamic world. Until you do, you will keep using that sophist argument to keep us going around in circles like you enjoy doing with us.
