Very nice that the newspaper story referred to the mass-murdering pile of subhuman sewage as "Doctor". Don't wanna leave out that detail. I mean, who wouldn't feel more at home with a well-educated gentleman than with a bunch of BBQed steer eatin' hooligans with rifle racks in their pickups, out in those flyover states?
