Samuel was operated on at 21-weeks gestation in utero for a spinal cord defect. Pictures of his hand grasping the surgeons (above) are among the most powerful and unforgettable in recent years.
California's death warrant was signed tonight by the stupid public. Yes, we can still pass an initiative now and then that tinkers at the margins. And the liberals won't necessarily pass their measures at the ballot box. But they don't really need to. And no big conservative reform that truly threatens the liberal dictatorship is likely to pass. It will become increasingly hard even to get such things on the ballot.
By the time the liberals are finished running this state into the ground, the public might wake up. Might. But it will be too late to repair the damage.
