Am I reading these stats right?

9.2% turnout in San Fransisco?

9.1% in LA?

If those are right then 73,74, and 75 are all going to pass. Perhaps even 77.

I voted at 4L30 pm in Santa Monica & there was only one other person voting. The rolls were mostly unsigned & I asked how the turn out was.....the poll workers said it had been slow all day. That is a good sign.

That's not the turn-out. That's the percentage of precincts that have reported so far.
