They should go to PA PA? Are you kidding? When we left Maryland we had a choice of PA, Delaware, or Jersey. Jersey was the winner hands down, no contest. Try homeschooling in PA or Delaware, compared to Jersey. Just make sure you live south of the AC Expressway.
