We need to develop some talent other than Forrester. The problem is, as long as he is willing to dump money in the Primary season, nobody can beat him to get the 'Pubbie nod. But he is a seriously flawed candidate and will continue to lose, over and over again.

Maybe after this round, he will have had enough. I wouldn't count on it, though. These vanity canidates can be very persistent.

I just get so frustrated, because Corzine was so very bad. I just can't see how anybody can go into a voting booth and throw the lever for that guy. Even if I imagine myself as a prototypical Democrat Lefty, I still can't see voting for a guy who is so obviously corrupt, even if he nominally supports my positions. Because you know he is going to be cutting his own deals and stabbing everybody in the back.

Maybe the (D) is enough for some people. I dunno. I'm depressed.

Much the same as how the (R) means we can't criticize W's out-of-control spending or Bigger Government social plans....

I'm depressed.

Me too.

If Republicans in New Jersey can't defeat someone like Corzine-or that fossil Lautenberg-then I have difficulty envisioning them being able to defeat any stiff the Dems choose to put up in the future.

Why not? The (R) is enough for others.
