The only Republican county in South Jersey is Cape May

What? Salem county is pretty Republican, as is Gloucester and Ocean County. LoBiondo seems to get re-elected pretty regularly, despire Camden.

Ocean County is, but Salem and Gloucester continuously vote Democratic in national elections. Too many blue collar union retards who moved out of Philly and Camden, lets also not forget the liberal dems in Cherry Hill.

LoBiondo is watching his back tonight after the Democrats picked up two seats in the 1st and 2nd legislative districts.

Is Anguilla the place to be, then, or are there others just as good?

Who is he going to appoint to succeed him in the Senate?

When the People are not ready to elect a good candidate, we should not give them a bad one and hope they can be fooled... If Schundler lost 60-40 this time, that 40% would be a base to build on for next time.

I agree wholeheartedly. This practice of playing not to lose is just acquiescing to the Left.

Thanks for the advice! Just curious, what is wrong with West TN? I was targeting my area around Knoxville, is that a good area or not?

LOL! Knoxville IS east Tennessee, although more city than I care for. I used to live near Johnson City (about eighty miles to the E-NE)...more of a rural area, which I prefer. I've been to Knowville...seemed okay to me, except for the Interstates, which are tail-gating deathtraps. I am in New England (which is a hellhole) right now, but I am heading BACK to Tennessee next Spring.

You have no idea. That's probably why you live there. I gotta tell you though, being called a liberal does hurt. Best wishes.

South Jersey is very Republican, Forrester won overwhelmingly in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

Monmouth and Ocean are not really "South Jersey" to me. They are suburbs/exurbs of NYC.

When you say "South Jersey" to me, your talking Salem, Camden, Cumberland, Atlantic, Gloucestor, and Burlington County. All of the areas near Philly and South vote Dem on a regular basis.

The most Republican areas in New Jersey are Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset and Ocean Counties. Only Ocean can be considered "South Jersey" and usually only by Bennies like my father.

South Jersey to me is anything below the Driscoll Bridge on the GSP.

That needs repeating over and over because other states mistakenly believe they're sending money to us, when the reality is, it's the other way around.

Amen to that! And I love it when I hear that we voted for these taxes. Either way, no matter who I vote for at the state level, it's the federal government who's taking all the money from the state, forcing the state to tax heavily to make up the difference. That's why when Forrester said he was going to cut property taxes 30% people either thought that he (a) would raise some other tax or (b) was lying thru his teeth.
