LOL!!! I saw the same thing you did. In Valley Ranch, we had 30 people waiting to get in the door at 7:00. My vote was #906 (or somesuch), with another 40-50 to go. For the 11/04 election, there was no wait, and my vote was in the 500s.

In neither place did the people vote in favor of gay marriage though...if they had it on the ballots, it would have been defeated; the gay lobby can only get gay marriage through dictatorial tactics...
In Lubbock County we were 82% for. The county where I used to live northwest of Ft. Worth was about the same. I wonder what part of 'we don't want this' do they not understand?
Because people cannot keep other law-abiding Citizens from participating in "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

Maybe for you but not for me. Marriage has been between a man and a woman for five thousand years. 'Gay marriage' is an attempt to hijack that definition. To equate 'gay marriage' with my parents' wedding vows is an insult to my family. The homos can practice buggery all they want but not as man and man.
