I wouldn't put all my stock in Loudoun, but it's a big county. Over the last few years it's become a distant suburb of D.C., likely with a lot of libs/Dems, but it still has a lot of rural population further west that leans a little more conservative.

I agree. Work there. I am not betting on that county. Believe it will be a wash. Too many libs keep moving there.
