I would imagine that yes, Belgium will waffle. After all, the French fry.
That's not the least bit funny! The Belgians were far more fierce than the French in resisting the Nazis and their reward was betrayal. I expect Belgian autorities to crack down with marshall law even; at least the Belgians I used to know would be calling for that right now.
