Frankly, I don't want to kill anyone. I've more than proved myself in this life without ending someone else's life.
There is a common fantasy that I've detected about shooting some guy in the kitchen as he attempts to make off with the microwave. Speaking just for me, I don't want a dead guy in the kitchen. I don't want to explain the dead guy to cops and I certainly don't want to clean up the dead guy's mess. But most of all, I don't want a dead guy in the kitchen to be the thing that defines who I am to friends, neighbors and local law enforcement.
Why is it that some on here seem EAGER to shoot someone?
Well, nobody wants the dead body in the kitchen but, if someone breaks in, they are up to nothing good. In my home there are a few other things quite more valuable and irreplaceable than my microwave: a good husband, my priceless children and my loyal pets. In my eyes any and all of these are worth more than a SOB who breaks in and puts my family in danger. So, a skillet iron to his head or a .45 bullet to his gutt is OK with me.
