I doubt that many people would argue that second hand smoke is good for kids. Seems to me pretty clear that better not to have them inhaling it. Having said that, however, where do you draw the line on government interference? It's better for kids to eat fruit than candy. It's better for kids not to watch too much TV. The list is endless! Seems the real question is at what point does the harm rise to the level of justifying government intervention.
Excellent points. Our parents and grandparents didn't need the government to dictate how they raised their children, why is it any different now?
I agree....the government should just give us the facts and let us decide.....
