Faculty members shot at Campbell County High School

Jacksboro, Campbell County (WVLT) – The principal and two assistant principals have been shot at the Campbell County High School in Jacksboro.

We are receiving reports that the shooting took place inside the school.

According to the Campbell County Sheriff's Department, the principal and two assistant principals have been shot, no children have been shot.

Dispatchers have confirmed that LifeStar has airlifted at least one victim to UT Medical Center and a second helicopter has been dispatched to the scene.

One student has been taken into custody.

The school has been placed on lockdown.
