Le Figaro said the riots were "too good an opportunity to pass up, an opportunity to mock the country that claims to have invented human rights and that's always ready -- yes, it's true -- to lecture the rest of humanity." Are they talking about human rights as meted out by Robespierre and Marat?

Their pride is hurt.
They are loosing their country.
If the rioting were to stop today, Their tourist industry is shot.

French media have run hard-hitting reports on the riotsYeah, right
"American newspapers don't hesitate to compare Paris to Baghdad or Seine Saint Denis to the Gaza Strip and to call the crisis a 'Katrina of social disasters',"
A term coined by FNC's Greg Palkot.

If only there was a certain German word to express what I am feeling... out-in-the-open-freude? Personally, I prefer the American version which goes like this 'Na-Na-Na Hey-Hey Goodbye!'

The tourist trade will suffer when the Burgundy sucking limousine liberals from the United States turn weasely and refuse to place France atop their itineraries.
Not to worry, Al Qaida (sp) will fill the void when they host their convention in Paris next Spring.

We're all laughing our butts off, even better because we live here and have had to put up with their self-righteous you-know-what for years.
p.s.
I know some pretty cool French who are laughing their butts off too, mind you.

Evidence points to a merging of leftists and terrorists. So who? These are the people we need to find.

You know, we could send in our Nobel Peace Prize winner and stellar diplomat (ex-) President Jimmie Kahtah and wife Rozaumund to mitigate this crisis.
Perhaps he could build some tarpaper shacks for the downtrodden French mooslims. They'll burn better than brick and mortar tenements.

Well now, the chickens are coming home to roost aren't they?
This pathetic bunch of socialist, appeasing, cowardly, spineless, cheese-eating, beret wearing wimps are finally getting their due.
As Churchill said of appeasers "They feed the crocodile, hoping that they will get eaten last".
Guess the crocs are hungry.
