Today they had lunch for us! yes, all of us..not just poll workers. Gourmet cold cuts(fresh turnkey, roast beef, ham, pastrami,,, many cheeses.. great breads, potato salad, rolls. many desserts, drinks etc. and several gifts... pill cases, first aid kits etc. I think I discovered a reason to try to vote twice!!! Oh golly! That is wonderful! What a lovely thing to do! (don't even joke about voting twice! LOL)

it was fun to go back to your thread from fall 2004.. I recall it well.. and lovely job.. and additionally so many nice contributions.

Tried to do a few "UP and about" things & found my injuries won't let me.

Last night when I went out w/ friend for an EASY dog walk before dinner, Oliver & Toby disappeared in woods for 45 min. We were waiting by cars well into dark & I was getting worried. thousands of acres with up & down ravines. I did a whole lot more walking, calling etc than I should have.

They finally came back panting heavily, soaking wet & covered with burrs etc. Guess they had fun. But I did put more stress on back than I should have.

It is good you get pain. Tells you to give attention (or rest) the area. But the problem with the pain killers is they give you a false sense of being & I for one overdue & know it in AM when most of pain killer is worn off.

Been spending more time at computer consequently on various projects.
