No doubt about it, as with Kyoto, this will ensure the costs of food go higher, harming the economy. Hold on a minute, that doesn't make any sense. If Americans really are subsidizing farmers then they are making food more expensive not less expensive.
Secondly this has no relevance whatsoever to Kyoto. What are you talking about?
