PARIS Nov 7, 2005 — France will impose curfews under a state-of-emergency law and call up police reservists to stop rioting that has spread out of Paris' suburbs and into nearly 300 cities and towns across the country, the prime minister said Monday, calling a return to order "our No. 1 responsibility."

The tough new measures came as France's worst civil unrest in decades entered a 12th night, with rioters in the southern city of Toulouse setting fire to a bus after sundown and pelting police with gasoline bombs and rocks.

Our government, including the GOP, has been bending over backward to kiss Islamic butt for quite some time now. An example would be the fact that Bush and Rice both pressured Israel to concede lands to the Palestinians.

Another example would be Rice, in a speech the other day, touting the fact that Islam has made so many beautiful contributions to the world.

Another example would be Bush entertaining one Islamic leader after the other in the white house.

And yet the final example is the fact that we are letting Muslims pour into our country by the millions and giving them free college educations in the very arts that they need to perfect to destroy us (chemistry, Biology, Nuclear physics)

These are exactly the same mistakes France made.

Don't let your loyalty to the GOP or any other party blind you to what is really going on in this country. Bush throws up a lot of smoke screens to appease his Republican loyals and then fades into the shadows and does the same Islam appeasing crap as every other leader on the planet. I voted GOP this last go around, but a Dem nor a Repub will ever get my vote my again.

We have no leadership in this country. The Dems and Repubs both are a gaggle of idiots who have become elitist royalty in their own minds. They have zero concept of reality. They believe that Islam is just like every other hurdle they faced in their quest for power...it can be bought or negotiated away., and like Chirac, they still won’t get it even when American cities are burning.

I read that the French army has a large Muslim enlistment and that there is concern about how loyal and effective those soldiers would be if deployed to stop the rioting.

I'm not saying that I want them to strike in the US. I'm just saying that if its inevitable, I hope it happens before we become a bunch of panty waste wimps like the French. I don't know about you, but I'm not looking to forward to the prospect of being converted or killed for the cause of Islam.

The excellent History channel program tonight on the Crusades made it very clear that most of the inspiration and implementation of those expeditions into Islam land was led by the French - even the leader of the third Crusade, Richard The Lion-Hearted, was of French blood and held most of his land in that part of the British "empire" which is now France - anothe reason for the Muslims to be pi$$ed in Paris.......
