This is one of the reasons Wal-Mart outprices its competitors. What'll they do next, employ Al Queida operatives?

The Gummint has allowed this to develop. Cracking down on business is not a solution. Gummint must integrate their new [informal] citizens; they let it happen, they must want them here, it is Gummint's problem.

Not only slept in the back of stores they were actually locked in. Buy American (oh I mean Asian) buy walmart. The Chicoms need the cash to kick your children or grandchildrens ass at a later date. Be proud of your spending habits. Buy Chinese.

And the point is? Just because Wal Mart makes a good target for this type of hypocrisy. Do nothing about the border and then blame the employers. So, they sleep in the store. Big f@@@@g deal. It's probably the safest place for them to stay. I consider that a benefit of the job, not a frikkin problem. Hey feds, I hope that as you prosecute Wal Mart employees, you think you could also deport EVERY SINGLE ONE of those who were here illegally, If its a fact that Wal Mart broke the laws, these workers by definition are, ILLEGAL ALIENS. How can a prosecutor claim you broke the law and then not arrest those who were the object of that law. Would you not need to bring the "evidence" to court?
This is just bizarre.

So there was this "broken window" theory of law enforcement that seemed to work so well in New York: arrest people for the "small" crimes and you will most likely be arresting people that will ultimately be committing big crimes.

So lets not get all excited about what everything means and who's to blame and what should be done as far as domestic and foreign policy goes.

Lets just arrest, try, and sentence people guilty of crimes: those who are here illegally and those who hire them. And if it can be shown that politicians are receiving bribes in the form of campaign donations in order to look the other way, then they should be convicted as well.

Cool!
Start charging and fining businesses who knowingly hire illegals through employment agencies that are set up to provide a "legal buffer zone" against the practice of hiring illegals.
Let us also directly start charging and fining those employment agencies.
And direct employers of illegals.
Including all levels of government, from the bottom to the top!
That is exactly what most of us have been screaming about!
And no, I do not have an illegal cleaning my dwelling, mowing my grass, or fixing my car.

Walk into the back of ANY restaurant in any Western State, and you'll find the same. Most of them will have convincing, though fradulent, documents that employers can not verify easily.

Company owners all feel helpless, since their competitors hire them as well. This is a widespread problem that is now very deeply rooted in our economy.

I like Walmart's prices, and selection. I can't blame em for hiring these folks when the government watches em cross the border every day and does nothing about it.
