I saw a DOD RFP a couple of weeks ago for an accoustic sniper locator to be mounted on a UAV. I guess it must be for locating these type.

That having been said, from what I saw of the video, this Juba prefers to strike with a single shot in busy areas of mixed perdestrian and vehicular traffic. As the victims fellow soldiers attention is initially directed to them and pedestrians begin to scatter, this Juba makes his egress from the area.

I don't think this Juba will last much longer.

Or not...Seems to me the wrong person would have seen him by now if he's swimming with the fish...and it takes a cool customer to stay put.
