For the time being. America was third world at the time of the Revolution and emerged only by conscious effort, and creating nationwide capital as a result. It took a century. Capital is the engine of the economy, yet few know the true base of capital. It is right in front of everyone's eyes, yet is so mundane we can't be bothered to see it.
