Actually it would be libel. But government bodies are immune to such suits.
Wilson was clearly a public official in my opinion.

Actually it would be libel. But government bodies are immune to such suits.You may be right, but I think Wilson's lawyer's accusation is aimed at verbal statements made on the John Batchelor show on Thursday, Nov. 3, and then repeated to WND on Friday, Nov 4 (see links posted in reply #1).
