I have to laugh. Heavy weapons=guns? Does this loser have any idea what "heavy weapons" refers to? I think not.

Given the context of rabid gun control in France, that comment is certainly understandable.
No kidding, here's another part of the article I found particularly amusing.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Justice Ministry official Jean-Marie Huet said the discovery shows that gasoline bombs 'are not being improvised by kids in their bathrooms.'"
Ooooh!!! Scary isn't it? Now they're manufacturing sophisticated gasoline bombs, (known on the street as "Molotov cocktails"). I imagine they probably have highly trained specialists that enable them to make these fearsome weapons. Afterall, no kid could figure out how to pour gas in a bottle and stuff a rag in the top.
