Thats actually a 'valid' debate style. At least technically.

Overload with counterpoints, its the yang to the ying of a thought out, reasoned, argument.

It can work, they used it against Bush very well in the 1st debate. Just created so many 'counterpoints' in his mind at once with one of their statements that you get flustered or confused with how to put them all together in a return. Not forgetting points, organizing supporting points, etc.

Move on to the next 'lie' and the next one and the next one, so that most people pick 'the worst' one and respond, allowing you to pass the other 3 off (at least incidentally, to the largely uninformed audience) as at least probable.
