Right. What secular people fail to understand is that Christianity and possibly Buddhist and Juddism are the only peaceful religion. Muslim is not peaceful, it started with the sword and will end with the sword. The crusades where a result of the violent overthrow of
Christian holy lands by the muslims. Christians did not just for the hell of it decide to go and conquer the Middle East. It was more of a Normandy invasion i.e liberation war than a war of conquest.

Ah, yes - but sadly, you will not see that comparison to a Normandy invasion in any contemporary schoolbook. Heaven forbid, to coin a phrase!
