On Sunday George Allen and Jay Rockefeller were on one of the shows together. After Jay talked about how important it was to restrict the use of torture, and how bad it was that we were torturing people, Allen took the opportunity to actually ask Jay a question rather than refute him.
Allen's question was simple: Since Jay is one of the 4 people that get full briefings in congress, he must know exactly what tactics are being used by our government to get information. So, Allen asked, what does Jay think about the actual things the government is doing -- is it torture?
Jay hemmed and hawed, and then admitted that he knew EXACTLY what we were doing, but was unable to discuss it because of the nature of that information.
But it was clear that there is NO real torture being performed, and Jay knew it. Allen did a great service.
Everyone with any sense can smell the conspiracy between the socialists in the CIA, the UN one-worlders and the liberal Democrats.
