Maryland Lt. Gov. Michael S. Steele said black Democratic leaders who call racially tinged attacks on him fair game because he is a conservative Republican have exposed themselves as racists and cast shame upon the state.

"I think it diminishes their leadership," Mr. Steele said in an interview. "But most importantly, I think it embarrasses our state to have elected officials speak in those terms. Marylanders now have a sense of the content of their character, because that is what [Martin Luther King] wanted us to judge each other by, and that's enough for me."

Headline: "Steele decries black critics as racists" Well, could have called them bigots, hypocrites, unethical, ultra-left butt kissers, etc. He just chose to call them the obvious . . . The fact that even the white libs are having it easy with this issue makes me mad. If they were conservative, they'd be black balled out of existence. grr. Character assassination is all the Democrats have. They cannot argue their political agenda because their agenda is socialism.

Socialism is a means by which a small clique of people rule a country in the name of the "people."

There is nothing mysterious about socialism. Socialists demand state ownership of everything because they control the state. It's that simple.

Socialism does not sell well. No country ever voted itself into socialism (except Germany). Socialism must be imposed from the top down.
