I fail to see your point. Do you not take the architect at his word when he frankly says that the crescent shape is meant as a symbol of reconciliation with Islam?
If we take the architect at his word, and accept that the crescent shape is a symbol of Islam and meant to promote reconciliation, how do you feel about that?
BTW, please respond to the actual question, respectfully phrased, instead of talking about crescent rolls and baseball stadiums and the like.
I didn't see anything in this post about the architect indicating that it was a symbol of reconciliation with Islam. So that's where I'm coming from, until I see other evidence. The map at the start of the thread is laughably imprecise if one is trying to imply a nefarious intent. If you can point me to proof of an intent to reconcile with Islam on the part of the architect, I'll retract my comment.
