What the 'Rats do not seem to understand is that even if they somehow succeed in getting Rove out of the White House, nothing will change. Bush will still be able to pick up the phone and get Rove's advice any time he wants.

Ted's logic would lead one to the conclusion that if he were put under investigation, he'd resign.
