For example, who needs multiple listings service for Real Estate when we have Google and the Internet?

Just search for houses in locations and for prices you're interested in. Suddenly there's no need for a whole sector of the Real Estate business... The same is true in other areas of business as well.

That's right -- and that's what the article is saying; the real estate business is slowing waking up to how it may be forced to change. Other businesses, like newspaper, are basically having nightmares, since more and more people now turn to the web for news.
