A thousand cars torched last night alone? Where is the news media? We sat here on a live thread last night and there was virtually no information coming in. I had thought that the riots had been quelled. It wasn't until daylight in France until the first substantial reports started trickling in.

Here in America, the riots would have been carried live on about a zillion news channels and there would have been more reporters on hand than rioters.
