The good news is that they appear to be burning their own neighborhoods.
The bad news is they'll demand that you pay to rebuild the place.
The good news is that your politicians can all get a sound bite or two promising that the burned out 'hood will be the next Promised Land.
The best news is that in 15 minutes or so after you leave the press (and people) will forget the whole thing. If people do remember it then they will mutter something about "Well, they burned it down, the THEM rebuild it."
