Tisk, tisk. Burning rubber tires; certainly a carcinogen. Paint fumes. Petrol. It's a walking code violation. Perhaps France can put in a call to the U.N.. After meeting for say, 7 or 8 months, the U.N. can issue a statement condemning the action of these youths. That should do the trick!
