Don't think Halliburton owned Brown & Root at the time. BTW George Brown of Brown & Root was the biggest dim in Texas until he died. LBJ took his orders from Brown for years.

Thanks for clearing that up. Thought it was interesting how the same companies keep showing up..... thought Bechtel controlled all the big projects back in the 70's.
